Took it to EE they were useless but they did say they do 2G network
This a horrendous device to get to work , was almost at the point of returning it , I tried to fit a SIM card it didn't work . Took it to the three shop they were clueless but did say it would not work on their network . Took it to O2 shop they too were clueless but said it should work on their network as it has to be on 2G and they do that but couldn't help any more . Took it to EE they were useless but they did say they do 2G network , they also said I needed an app to work the device. They were clueless other than that , but because it was only £5 for there pay as go sim I bought one .I took the device home still convinced it was going back to amazon if we couldn't get it working without an app (there is NO app for this thing ) . After much trial and error and the instruction notes are rubbish to say the least , we persevered with many combinations of codes and finally got it to work enough for what is needed and sent me an SOS and called us when pressing the call button .. Hellish nightmare very difficult to get this far , had the device weeks now , all technical experts were clueless to help me .So this is what you need if you get one :-1 )a SIM card on EE or O2 EE being £5 or 02 £10 top up pay as you go2) much patients to read 50 times or more the Chinese instructions leaflet included3 ) install plastic windows so you don't break the glass when you through it across the room4 ) glass of brandy for when you finally figure it out .5) you now have a degree in techno far superior than Einstein\~|]{}¥,.??][|~}#

Its Ok
For Irish users, a regular Vodafone SIM card will work with the device. The device is a bit awkward to setup and the instructions really aren't clear. The group of numbers feature doesn't seem to work. If the first phone is off, it goes to voicemail and the device doesn't seem to be able to figure out that the call has been answered by voicemail and not a person. As a result, it doesn't go and call the next number. This is a serious flaw in my opinion. However, it does work well in terms of calling the first number.

Instructions difficult to follow.
Instructions very difficult to follow hence the 3 star rating, however, it does the job I need it to. Works as described.
