The media could not be loaded. I’m 5’7” and 182 lbs, and I ordered a Large. I’ll be honest, I was skeptical at first—especially with my hips and 36DDD chest—but I’m SO glad I went with this size. It took a little wiggle to get it past my hips, but once it was on, it fit perfectly!The material is amazing—the middle section has a slightly different, more breathable stretch fabric that’s a big plus. I could squat and move around comfortably with no problem. Right now, I’ve only worn it around the house, and it already feels snug and supportive. My main goal is to SWEAT, and I can’t wait to see how it performs during my first workout.If you’re on the fence, don’t be—this suit is a game changer! Comfortable, flattering, and it really feels like it’s going to help me meet my fitness goals. Highly recommend!

Hopefully they are helpful.I did not want to order the suggested size because I thought no way I need it that big. All the other reviews had size or. Height, or weight but not everything. So I jumped out on a limb and ordered L, if it was too small, I'd just order 1 size up. Photos are from day 2 putting it on for photos and needing help removing and day 3 after 3 mile walk and fighting to take it off. I used a back scratcher to assist with removal. Hardest part was shoulders. Video shows the stretch and fit on me. I love the adjusters under the zipper. It did not unzip during wear. It was easy to put on , but tough to remove at the shoulders after sweating. Very lightweight and good quality fabric(30 year seamstress). I could bend and move freely. There was no bad smell out of the pack. First day I handwashed. Today its in the washer. I don't think I could wear daily without washing. The thought of sweat and dirt from previous wears would be 🤯.

I’m 5’0 about 145-150lbs. I’m tone in my midsection and have muscular legs. It’s kind of loose in the mid-section I think because I’m short, but it fit my thighs. I’m normally a small to medium. I was worried about the arms being too small from the reviews, but the medium was perfect. I think if you are on the petite end a small-medium will do. If you want it tighter, get a small. It definitely had me sweating instantly and it is very stretchy!

I am 5'1, 200 lbs for reference; purchased size XL and it fits well! I wear this during my workouts and this sauna suit definitely makes you sweat!! It is a little difficult taking off after sweating so much.

This product will be hard to get off. Fits nicely would be a good idea to at snaps at the crotch. True to size

I just love how this suit gets the sweat going. You can wear it in the heat and so far I haven’t felt overheated just yet. It’s a great way to get some extra sweat in without the extra work!! I would definitely recommend this for a little addition to the workout routine!! Just be careful getting out of it because the more sweat the more it can stick you and makes it just a little harder to get out of the suit. But so far that’s my only hiccup.

Perfect fit but make sure you not rushing to the bathroom when you trying to take it off I just spent 15 min trying to take this thing off. It should come with a warning that it will be stuck on your arms after a workout. Will be trying to oil myself up before next time to see if it will be easier

I am 5”4 about 196lbs. It did the job but if you have thick thighs like I do it will be VERY difficult to get it around your legs without breaking the zipper. It was pretty comfortable once I got it over my hips and legs. I ordered a size L and XL. I would probably recommend to get the next size up.
