I bought this set mainly for the dotting tools. The metal ones are great and make this a worthwhile purchase, but the plastic ones have a prominent seam that makes them basically useless.

This kit comes with everything you need for clay! I wanted to do an air dry clay project, and this was great!

For what you get in this kit, the price is very low. First I bought eight sets for my art classroom at school and I loved it so much that I purchased a set for my own use at home. The dotting tools can be used with regular clay, sculpy clay, polymer clay, foam type lightweight air dry clay for kids, and also as a painting dotting tool to make a perfect circle with paint on paper or canvas. One of the plastic tools is sharp enough at the end to use similar to a needle tool to write your name into the bottom of clay and also to poke a hole in the bottom of a sealed piece to help it dry.
