Shipping was fast, and the outlet was exactly as advertised. Installation was pretty straightforward. The screws aren't the greatest in that the screwheads can easily be rounded if not using a quality and correct size screwdriver, but that's not a knock on Liberty. Just take your time and use the correct tools. This outlet will work on any safe, not just Liberty modelsLiberty has taken some heat as of late, as I'm sure you are aware. I recently purchased a safe, and despite the bad press they received, my decision to purchase from Liberty was an easy one. Quality, American-made, reputation, warranty, and customer service were my main deciding factors. Liberty is a phenomenal company that I highly recommend.So, back to the bad press… They made it right by changing their policies, allowing their customers the option of having the master code removed from their files, and ultimately doing right by their customers. This unit fits inside the safe and protrudes through a port in the back wall of the safe. It is fairly easy to install.

This electric plug accessory provides power and cable entrance inside your Liberty safe. This gives you an easy way provide power inside your safe for a dehumidifier, lights, laptops, ethernet and other items.Very easy to install. Assembly and fit are great.

This is a stupid purchase. You. would think that if you buy a component from the manufacturer of the safe, they should be compatible. Not so in this case, you have to cut. a bigger hole. through the fireproofing install it. Don't be fooled it says it is compatible but it's not. Also if you buy am safe make sure to install it before you set the safe in place, as you can not in stall after it is set. In my case, I was paying four movers (company said that many is required for safety), and I can't imagine the cost of asking them to just hang-out while you drill a bigger hole and then put the thing together before they set it. Qt the very. least go into buying. this item with. the understanding this limitation exists.
