I can sleep through the night
Great taste and keeps me asleep for at least 7 hrs. Within 30 min i am out cold. I have chronic insomnia and high med tolerance so i had to share how great these gummies are for people like me.

Adequate taste
To me, a gummy should taste good. I take enough supplements that having some in gummy form makes it much easier to ingest them all. These weren't bad, but not good enough to want to buy them again.

Tastes good and Good Mix of Vitamis
I take these daily and like the flavor. I don't like swallowing pills, so these gummies help me stay consistent. I follow Dr. Amen on Instagram who has also written several books. He recommends a Saffron vitamin for anxiety and depression.Hope this was helpful!

They’re soft and easy to chew!
I like that these gummies are sugar free as someone who’s a diabetic this is important when choosing the right supplement or vitamins. These gummies are pleasant in taste and easy to chew.

Decent flavor - Not a sticky mess - Good ingredients
Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 gummies daily. Chew thoroughly before swallowing. Saffron gummies supplement require daily consistent use for noticeable effects.Smells good. Tastes decent. Has a bit of a flower taste with the berry. Not overly sweet or strong in flavor. The gummies do not stick together. This formula has Vitamin D3 (2000iu/50mcg per serving) so if you’re already on the regimen, be careful of overdose. It is also packed with other vitamins, herbs, and minerals. I have a sensitive body and feel side effects easily. Due to past experiences, it became a fear. I take the lowest dose when possible, especially when introducing it to my body. The suggested use for this is 2 gummies but I am currently taking half a gummy haha. I haven’t felt anything bad or good so I will increase to 1 whole gummy soon. My sister consumes saffron and claims there are noticeable benefits. Coincidentally days later this popped up on Amazon Vine. I think I was meant to try this.
