Works great on our old dog, makes her feel good

Its a tad expensive but if you pay peanuts....I've been using this shampoo for a few years now (not the same bottle) as it cleans my dogs coats when they get a bit whiffy. Not that they appreciate my endeavours!

Our Westie had a reoccuring skin problem for years, we have tried everything from changing her diet to shampoos from the vets, she has also been on several courses of steroids but nothing seemed to work long term. I saw this shampoo at a pet shop & thought what did we have to lose, amazing results which I really did not expect, within a day of the first shampoo her sores started drying up and we have not looked back since, we first used the shampoo in January this year & have not had any problems since. Her coat has grown back & it's great to see her with no nasty itchy sores & she is one happy dog. The smell may leave your bathroom smelling like there has been a bonfire & if the dog gets damp the smell comes through a little but to us it is well worth it.

I ordered this as i was using the Exmarid ointment which worked but smelt awful. My dog suffers quite bad with allergies and is always itchy. This did not smell as bad as the ointment but also did not work as well either. It washed him well, but he still itched afterwards so I wont be purchasing it again - I will stick to using the ointment.

We have used this for years now. I have a shihtszu who used to have very itchy skin which would flare up at nothing. This cleared it up almost immediately and I even leave a bottle with the groomer so that it is the only one that gets used on him. She even recommends it to other clients. Excellent product.

I bought this as it was recommended by my vet as it has coal tar in. My GSD has itchy dry skin, after the first application she wasn’t itching so much, then it stopped after 2nd application. It smells really strong so I use it sparingly on her.

My chocolate lab has a really oily coat. When I bath her, I need to wash her with leading shampoo at least 4-5 times to make her fur soft. (which only last a month or so before I have to bath her and treat her again. I brought this and wow, I just used one small handful and only once. Her fur is lovely and soft (which helps her with her scratching) and so far, it's still soft. The only draw back is she smells like a dis-used BBQ when it rains for she gets wet, but it's not that unpleasant. Will be recommending to all my dog owning friends...

My mini daschund has dry skin from where her wee legs rub when she's running about..she went through a spell where it was itchy, this soothed it and she enjoyed her bath..I washed my other dogs in it too and the smell is quite strong but it did leave theit coats shiny and very soft..I didn't find the smell off putting, it's about like coltar, but it does subside after a day or 2. I've been using E45 on her now where she has friction and it works perfectly..will continue using this shampoo for their baths too.
