Product is very fresh tasting, unsalted and nourishing to our diet

In this 2 pound bag there must have been a good handful ( Maybe 8-10 nuts ) that tasted moldy. They weren't visually moldy, just taste. This is what happens when you buy raw sometimes so it is understandable and not a total deal breaker. Aside from that they were tasty and a great snack. I try to east 3-5 each day to get selenium levels up. I'll be trying different brands until I find ones I like. I did like that these nuts were not all broken up like others I have tried.

Costco warehouses quit selling these, so I am glad these are available on Amazon. They taste fine and fresh!I choose to eat 3 a day to get around 200 units of selenium daily. I also try to eat one or more cruciferous vegetables to get the sulfur in them so that the liver has the needed ingredients to make lots of glutathione.I am older so I have to do this to be able to maintain a level of younger folks.The body doesn't provide Interleukin 2 (a natural cancer fighting compound) if the glutathione level is not high (according to research studies I have read on NIH.gov or somewhere).Most folks wouldn't care but I try to learn and apply knowledge needed for improved health. I am aware that the upper safe limit is allegedly 400 units of selenium daily.

I just open these up and the nuts look good I've seen other reviews where things have been nibbled with other brand product but this is not the case with these. The Ziploc resealable portion was broken as soon as I opened it- like the two zip sections were pressed together when I opened the bag and the bag opened f that makes sense; so that's kind of a bummer but not a deal breaker I have a big gallon Ziploc bag so the bag went in that.Would buy again. Shipping was a bit slow. It shipped from Brooklyn and it took several days from the time the shipping label was created until USPS actually got the item so that was kind of lousy but when you think of New York you kind of think of lousy so I guess that's what you get from New York and if you guys in New York want to fight with me about it you come down here and let's talk. Yummy nuts. Too bad that the prices have gone up so much!They are delicious and great for increasing thyroid function. They have really helped me through chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments.
