Perfect for pain relief.

I figured this product needed an updated review since one hasn’t been done in a while. I just started using this product for the first time last week. I am a nurse who works 12 hour shifts, I also run marathons, 50k’s and 50 mile races. I run almost every day. I have slept so well since I have been taking this product. My watch tracks my sleep so I have proof. I wake up feeling energized instead of completely exhausted . My legs are also recovering faster and less sore. I ran a marathon 2 days ago and woke up the the day after the marathon sore but less than I usually am after running them. Great product! I highly recommend!:)

I've been working on the Ramp for 6 1/2 years now and the pain that it puts on your body is chronic and real! My mother gave me a few of these and I finally ordered the extra-strength and p.m. for myself. I don't feel the tightness and chronic pain that I once felt. I wondered if it was a placebo effect until I forget to take a pill for a few days. The old me came back to me feeling like I needed a cane to even stand up! Mom is 74 and it's helped her joint pain, tremendously. We're sold!

this product should be offered with less melatonin in it -it would be great if it did not smack you to sleep - i wish they would make it in different strengths

I started using this particular product by Terry Naturally, because I tried the regular formula, as well as the effervescent tablets that you dissolve in liquid. I use 2 capsules before i go to bed and upon awakening, I have better mobility and less pain. My only beef is that the bottle only contains enough for about 26 days. They don't have it in a larger size, unfortunately, making it more expensive than I would like. I am going to try the Extra Strength, at some future point, but for now, the PM formula is working. I give this product 4 stars.

I have Fibromyalgia and am easily fatigued, slightly depressed, physically weak and lack energy to do much of anything and sufer from insomnia . Since I began using Curamin PM I sleep very soundly (I've been told like a baby because I rarely hear anything now), I have moe energy than I've had in years, I'm not depressed (depression caused by other symptoms), I'm physically stronger and have become active. I use this in conjunction with End Pain (Fibromyalgia presents a lot of pain) and almost feel normal again.

Only takes one and sleep great with no neck pain.
