Works pretty well
The intercom works pretty well so far, as long as you speak clearly. I use this to communicate with my son when he is in his bedroom. The blue light (which flashes when in "monitor" mode) is far too bright. I have to keep a stuffed animal over the console and use a shoebox to shield the whole unit. Also, I'm finding that the plug falls out of the back quite easily. But this is a fairly inexpensive option to be able to monitor and talk back to my son. I have tried several monitors and found trouble staying connected and/or experiencing a lot of interference.

So far I like it I don't have to scream down the stairs for my husband to come up I wished I bought another one for another room .

Easy to set up and use
Purchased as a gift for older parents. The system works great for their needs. Happy with the purchase.

Great unit at a great price and easy to install.
This item was exactly what my elderly aunt needed. She is hard of hearing as is her daughter. They had a very hard time communicating unless they wer in the same room. Now either one can contact the other one when they are in two different rooms. The unit was easy to install and speech is old and clear over the unit. I’m going to get her another one to ad on to her existing two. She’s very happy now.

Seems to be clear enough to function properly. The call button sticks which makes it difficult to use so that is frustrating. There is misspelling on the the face of the unit which makes me question their quality control. Overall, just okay. Would have liked to have purchased a better system without spending a lot more on it.

Worth every penny and more !!
Love it ....works great ! Being able to turn the volume up loud is great since my hubby is hard of hearing.
