I recently bought a pair of shoes that were just a little too big in the heel, and they kept slipping off no matter what I did. I decided to try these heel pads, and they made all the difference!The cushioning is soft but firm enough to keep my shoes snug without feeling too tight. The adhesive sticks well and hasn’t peeled off, even after several wears. I love that they also help prevent blisters by adding a little extra padding. They worked perfectly for my flats and sneakers, and I plan to get another set for my heels.If you have shoes that are just slightly too loose in the back, these are a great fix! Exactly what I needed for heels slightly too big. I'm also prone to blisters on the back of my heels/ankles, so these were nice and cushy for wearing heels several hours. No blisters! Comes with a few sets. Good value for what you get. They're nice and sticky and did not come off the shoes.

I used these on two pairs of shoes. One pair I had worn for several years and had stretched a bit, so the extra padding of these pads helped to shore up the loose fitting and keep the heel on my foot. The pad is extremely comfortable and has made these older shies fun to wear again.The other pair of shoes I put these in were new and the correct length, but for whatever reason they constantly slipped off my heels. These heel pads were too thick for this application. And while they did stop the heel slipping, I ended up with a blister from them being too tight.The glue is strong and it took quite a bit of muscle to pull them out of my newer shoes and they have not budged in the older shoes I'll be keeping them in. And I appreciate having the choice of nude or black color.Just wish they were sold in package sizes with fewer sets.

The adhesive on these is very, very, strong, and does not come off easily.They are the best heel grips I have ever purchased.

These work. They’re comfortable and rescued some shoes I would’ve otherwise had to throw away.

They are good quality, stuck to shoes great. However, too thick (for me). Made my shoes too small. I wanted something to fill a small gap at the back of shoes.

These heel grips are a game changer! I ordered some Rothy’s flats on sale and couldn’t return them, and I was so disappointed because they were super cute but rubbed my heels raw. These are so great! I used them on a second pair of flats that fit a little loose and now they fit perfectly.

Used for keeping shoes from sliding off the back of my foot. They apply some pressure to the back of your foot, depending on shoe fit. However, they are also comfortable.
