After several years and many uses, the lower tab that holds the nozzle against the carpet broke on the orginal nozzle. This new part is a perfect fit for model FH53000PC. It works great. Hopefully it lasts until the main unit wears out years from now.

This matches my Hoover perfectly. I recommend being mindful when putting the hose in to the port on the shampooer itself, or else you'll snap the connecting blue piece for the cover that sits over the main brushes. I'm not quite sure how, but my husband forced the hose in to the shampooer and snapped the blue, "Pull To Release" lever completely off. So thankful to have gotten a replacement so easily. Arrived in less than 24 hours and I live deep in the woods. 10/10

The plastic of this part is very brittle and having trouble getting a replacement due to its fragility. It always seems to break in the same location and the last time I ordered this part it came broken due to poor packaging. I really wish I never bought the rug shampooer that requires this one poorly designed part!

This works perfectly for my steam vac. Mine had the nossal and didn't know it the 1st time I bought the wrong one. Easy to replace. Great quality.

This is a perfect fit for my Hoover. The original one that came with it broke because of my child jumping on it, but it works great, if not better than the original. It was easy to install and use. If you need a replacement or are looking for another one, this is for you.

So I have the petsmart wash carpet cleaner fh52000g. The spring loaded piece to the cover broke and I had to find a replacement. Ordered the wrong one even though it stated it fit my model- it most certainely did not,. Was from e-vaccum vendor. Finally found this one on Amazon but it came it broken. I don't blame amazon or my seller persay as it's out of their locus of control on how delivery companies can handle your packages. You have to be sure to order this one without the sprayer for the petsmart wash carpet cleaner, as it is the correct replacement. If I can save one person from making a costly mistake like I did from seeing this post, then it's worth mentioning. I placed 4 stars just because they depicted the correct images that I needed to see to compare to the broken one for me not to make a second purchasing mistake. And of course Amazon's customer service is always on point to get your items to you in a speedy time frame. I appreciate the easiness of this return and their expedited response to get another cover sent out.

This fit perfectly I haven’t used it yet, but it’s exactly what I wanted. I’m sure it will be fine because it looks like it has good suction.
