I was so tired to find the adapter and cable for my zebronics monitor. After spending some time i found and order this product and this was worth buy. I am so happy with the product working perfectly for my montior

I ordered this produce 3 days back and till I didn't find any issue with the product and work well with my 3 amp UPS and 2-amp jio Router which charges my ups and delivers current to my router which serves my purpose but I think the adapter get little bit hot, I believe that is just some electrical component dissipating heat.

I AM USING IT FOR LAST 4 MONTHS WORKING PROPERLY AND THIS POWER SUPPLY HASE SHORT CIRCUIT SAFETY TRIP AT LOW PRICE I AM HAPPY WITH IT ☺️☺️☺️

वह वोल्टेज कम दे रहा है जिससे वही दिक्कत आ रही है जो हमें एडाप्टर बदलने से पहले थी इसलिए एडाप्टर को चेंज किया जाए हमने यह सोच कर लिया था कि है अच्छी कंपनी का है और कोई दिक्कत नहीं होगी लेकिन अक्टूबर में हमने लिया था और जनवरी में ही इसकी कंप्लेंट शुरू हो गई है हमने मैकेनिक को दिखाया उसने कहा कि चेंज होगा किसी अच्छी कंपनी का लाइए इसकी वोल्टेज लो आ रही है जो पहले दिक्कत थी वही है इसलिए चेंज किया जाए कंपनी कैसे की गारंटी 6 महीने का है और यह दो महीने में ही खराब हो गया है कृपया करके इसको बदल जाए धन्यवाद मेरे बार-बार कोशिश करने के बाद आप ना तो कंप्लेंट सबमिट कर रहे हैं ना इसको बदलवा रहे हैं ना संपर्क होने दे पा रहे हैं आखिर क्यों कस्टमर सपोर्ट पर टॉक टू उसका में बार-बार बटन दबा रहा हूं लेकिन आप लोग बार-बार मुझको घुमा रहे हैं कभी ऑर्डर ढूंढने के नाम पर कभी ऑर्डर नंबर देने के नाम पर कृपया इसको ठीक करें संपर्क करें

Item is little costly but very decent item.

I needed this 12v 5A for crib to run it for hours. I got from one local shop which looked poor quality and it got burned within a few days.Than I bought this from Amazon. Though it was expensive then the offline, but the quality looks far better from the adaptor. It is working for more than the previous one's days.So far so good. I will update the review if it fails again and put zero start, till then consider it is working.

After using 1 month it stopped working, though they sent new adapter when I claimed, but facing same problem with that new one. Then I was not claim again because process takes time. Better purchase good quality adapter instead of these cheap quality adapters. In sarcastic way..Price is not cheap, product quality is cheap.EditedWith good support from Fedus team, they again sent a new adapter and it’s working properly.
