50-Pack Melamine Sponges 1.18in - Kitchen & Bathroom Scrub Pads (Extra-Thick)

Dr Wow is the right name for these sponges. I refuse to buy anything from P&G, so after some research I found these. Not only are they a fraction of the price, they work like a miracle on so many things. I no longer use any kind of cleaner on my bathroom sinks and counters. A quick wipe with these and the sink is as shiny as new. The honed granite counter gave me the blues because I couldn't remove the water rings. I tried multiple cleaners including vinegar, but this sponge took them right out. I used to put vinegar on the area around my kitchen faucet weekly to keep the water stains off, but now I just give it a wipe with the sponge every couple of days and it stays immaculate.I had an antique dish that I thought was etched and I rubbed it with this and, yes, it came clean. My stainless french press coffeepot that I thought was clean came out sparkling; the sponge was brown! They work great on stainless, even better than steel wool. They easily remove marks on walls, which I think was their intended purpose, but they are good for so much more. The money i will save on not having to buy cleaners for the sinks will probably pay for these sponges over time.The only negative thing that I can think of is that they are somewhat brittle, which makes them come apart after a while, but considering the price and what they do, it is not an issue for me. I am so impressed with this product that I have given some out to friends and family members. I cannot wait to try it on the pool tile!Needless to say, I highly recommend this product.

I’m seriously impressed with these sponges — they’ve officially replaced the name brand in my cleaning stash. Not only do they work just as well (if not better) at removing scuffs, smudges, and mystery marks, but they also last so much longer. I find myself reaching for fewer sponges because these don’t disintegrate as quickly like the name brand ones often do.They’re especially amazing on flat paint walls — which are notoriously hard to clean without causing damage or streaking. These handle the job gently but effectively, making them a total game changer for keeping walls looking fresh. Highly recommend!

I buy these because they do a good job on pots n pans, my stovetop, and various other small jobs. They're cheap, and they fall apart very easily, but there are 50 sponges per package, I double that by cutting them in half, so one package lasts me over a year.They're cheaper than Magic Erasers! and they do a good job.

Fabulous generic "magic eraser!" Would purchase again. Works very well and pleasantly surprised. I recommend this product.

These sponges WORK. I used about 15 to clean a 1500 Sq ft house and get paint marks and blemishes off of walls and wooden cabinets and furniture. They can be used on some plastic surfaces too. These are thick and last a good number of scrubs before needing to be replaced. I previously bought some flimsier thinner ones on Amazon and they were much more difficult to use because I would wear holes in them with my fingers while scrubbing pretty quickly. I don't have the same issue with these. I can put all my weight into it and scrub away and I'll get tired of scrubbing before I can wear a hole into one of these bad boys.Definitely recommend if you're cleaning marks off of a house or an apartment before selling or moving. These thick sponges will do wonders for you and save you hours of messy paint work!! They are about as thick as an average unpeeled banana. See attached for a picture for scale. Yes the sponge works as it should. However, after cleaning three pairs of white gym shoes, (the shoes were rather clean at the beginning of the process, (I like to keep them out of the box clean) so it’s not like I was cleaning off tar) about half of the sponge was gone. Small pieces kept tearing off. It did not quite hold up as well as the major commercial version. All in all, these are larger and less expensive than the brand name ones, so it’s a trade off.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:What can be said about magic sponges besides they are magic at cleaning just about everything. Test a small area if you are unsure. These are so thick that I slice each one into 2 with a steak knife and get double for the price
