Excellent for their use in providing basic phones to rough sleepers whilst they're being case worked

Useless. For a cheap price I expected cheap, but not items that failed to work. The first would not charge properly, it kept telling me the charger was removed/charging/removed etc. That was returned without issue and a replacement sent. The replacement was AOK initially. It didn’t do the same flicking between charging/removed so I thought all was good. Left it on for a week to check battery life and was impressed. However, when I inserted the new SIM, the phone wouldn’t switch on properly and it took more than five minutes of repeatedly pressing the on button to get a response. The phone charged nicely, but the following day was as dead as a dodo with zero power in it. The replacement has now been returned too and I am awaiting a full refund. The returns process is easy and swift.

Love the phone is easy to use

Not a bad phone if you need something simple and cheap but charging cable is trash. It was barely charging the phone and then stopped working completely a few days after receiving the phone. Also get a lot of interference from Bluetooth I think, whilst on a call which can make conversations difficult.

The phone says it will be usable for Vodafone. I put in a new Vodafone sim but the phone only registers as Lebara. I found that really annoying. I tried new O2 sim as well but a very sharp and out of alignment sim tray chewed up that one! I wrote for product support but found them totally unhelpful. The phone is only for emergencies for my husband so it will do but I wish I'd bought a different one. Also, delivery was by DPD who delivered it to the wrong address (not for the first time).

Arrived,put sim card in from my old phone. Saying no sim. Tried a few times. Not working. Then put sim back into my old phone and not even working in there. So now no phone atall!!!!!

No le he dado apenas uso porque lo he comprado para tener un soporte dado que los dispositivos de tecnología que estoy comprando están fallando en la zona en la que vivo. Se ve que los que gestionan la red tienen un juego en el que no participo y no me he enterado. Zona entre Barcelona y Tarragona. El teléfono es básico.

Ottimo telefono. Comprato per mio figlio che ha 12 anni ed ha solo bisogno di essere reperibile. Per gli anziani credo non vada bene poiché ha schermo e tasto molto piccoli. Confezione integra e consegna perfetta.

ça fait le job pour un tel complementaire . je voudrais savoir si on peut le mettre en mode avion comme sur les smartphones et s il est possible de supprimer le fait qu il faille rentrer les codes PIN a chaque fois , je n ai pas trouvé ... le menu est bien en français.
