Helps with anxiety but the last bottle I received was very dusty and no pill was leaking?

I recently visited my local vitamin/supplement store with a bottle of my NatureWise men's multivitamin looking for something comparable that I could buy instore and possibly less expensive. I explained this to the store manager who helped me. She had never heard of NatureWise or their product, so she read my bottle, took me to the multivitamin area, and started reading and comparing other multivitamin products. After 15 minutes or so of trying to find a comparable product (including protein shakes and powders), she proceeded to tell me that the NatureWise men's multivitamin was the best, most comprehensive multivitamin she has ever seen. She said, "I'm not supposed to tell you this, but I would keep buying this online." I was so impressed with her honesty, but it also settled any doubt in my mind that NatureWise has quality products!

I liked the extensive formulation of vitamins, food-derived-nutrients, herbs, minerals and homeopathic elements. While I am not familiar with Ashwagandha as a stress mediator, I will investigate it further and plan to continue using this formula for the next 2-3 months before reaching a verdict. What I can honestly say is that the formula appears to have improved my sleep patterns, and gently moderated the physiological effects, emotions and behaviors we associate with anxiety.Anxiety is our national emotional health crisis and impacts individuals of all ages. To the degree that Naturewise appears to have devised an effective formula without side-effects or evident contraindications, I will continue to use and evaluate it.

Taking this multi allows me to stop taking a few of the other supplements I was taking, since it has the same if not higher dose of that particular supplement.

In these perilous times, this vitamin really helps. While I take it, I feel better, more positive. I know because I forgot to take it for a couple of days and my mood soured. I took it again and my mood got better. I can't explain it, I just know for me, it really helps. And I'm not a junk-food eater so if I'm lacking anything from home-made foods, I'm getting it in these pills.

I've taken these vitamins for three months and after trying many other brands, I believe Nature Wise delivers the best value packing a broad range of vitamins, minerals, probiotics and other whole foods at a very decent price. Choose the one that better helps your individual needs and be consistent. You should obtain the results you're looking for if you combine these with proper nutrition and exercise.Their customer service is second to none.

I play poker professionally, and if we know anything about poker, it's very stressful. Anyway, I bought this product a month ago and I'm not sure if it's a placebo effect or not, but I've been able to handle the swings and the bad beats of poker very well. I'd say give this product a try and see if it works for you. And oh, I love the customer service! They're great!

I finished a full bottle of this multivitamin (1 month), and I felt a significant improvement with my mood and anxiety within 2 weeks. Super impressive for an over the counter, natural vitamin.However…the smell. The smell of these capsules and the taste in your mouth, even for the brief fleeting moment that they touch your tongue, is horrendous. I dreaded taking these each day, and when I took them on an empty stomach (which is often recommended for Ashwagandha) I experienced pretty severe nausea for around 30 minutes. I’m going to experiment with a dedicated Ashwagandha supplement in addition to a different multivitamin, but I’m bummed to leave this one behind. If the smell and nausea don’t bother you, then this is a great product.
