I can see why the company includes a user guide. While opening and closing the glasses, I noticed I left a lot of fingerprints on them. Thankfully, it includes that cleaning cloth. Furthermore, I found the case difficult to open, and I wish it would have opened completely flat. One of my favorite features of these glasses is that the lenses block out blue light. It relieves eye strain when I'm on the computer for extended periods of time or when I'm scrolling on my phone for too long. I can tell a difference in how my eyes feel when I wear these compared to my regular bifocals. Bottom line, I would recommend Skyoak reading glasses. They have an excellent, compact design. If you’re looking for small, sleek yet very useful reading glasses because you don’t really need a prescription but just a little help when reading small texts, this is the one for you. I started to notice a lot of squinting when reading messages on my phone so I went to my ophthalmologist and she told me my eyes don’t need glasses but if I wanted just a little help to get a 1x magnification glasses. I looked for some and came across these. I just got my 2nd pair today. Love these. They have different magnifications. I even got 2 coworkers to order them. Great product!

Excellent foldable reading lenses—lightweight, portable, and perfect for travel or carrying in your pocket. I did not give 5 because personally I believe that could be better finishing, but excellent choice for the price.

What I like: very portable, safe in the case to carry in a pant pocket, and the magnification is spot on. I went to a local store selling readers and tried reading with a few to know what magnification works best for me, then purchased the Skyoak readers. Quite an invention. The case is so thin, and the glasses inside folded so perfectly that it's pretty remarkable they unfold to full size readers. They're well-made and the case fits easily into a shirt or pant pocket. What I don't like: taking them in and out of the case easily leads to fingerprints on the lenses so be prepared to deal with that. Also, it took some time to understand how to fold them properly to fit in the case. The instructions don't go into that very well, but you'll get it. And last but not least, I don't see a way to add a lanyard and still fit them in the thin case. That means you do need to take them in and out of the case each time you need them (a lot of folding and unfolding). All said and done, I really love the portability of these and would absolutely buy them again.

I absolutely LOVE these glasses! When I first saw the package, I loved how sturdy, thin and compact the case was. It's not as small as the ThinOptics is (that I have used for years) but it's far more useful. First, using the glasses, you can feel the quality. It's not flimsy and has a good weight to it (not heavy - just feels like you paid 10x more). Secondly, it wears very well. The looks are always objective - but I really like how it wears on my face and I'm sure most people would agree. The frame has some flex so it will allow it to last for a very long time. The optics are a strong polycarbonate and has a coating to it and you can see the difference between having it and not - it will filter the bad blue light coming from computer screens. Lastly, it folds up very thin and with a super rugged case. It will not get damaged when you put it into your pocket. I can't say enough good things about these glasses! Not the cheapest one but for the price you can't get better.

These glasses are so small when folded, it fits into a case the size of a credit card. You can fit it in anywhere. Very light and portable. They seem sturdy enough. They are also blue light blocking, and you can notice a difference when you wear them on the computer or any other electronic device. I have been wearing them only for a week, but love them. It is a very stylish and clever foldable design.

Got these a little over five months ago in order to have compact readers to carry in a pocket. The regular ones tended to get bent. At first they were okay: not particularly comfortable, but not objectionably uncomfortable, either., and the folding to fit into a thin sturdy case was a big plus. Then, today, as I was unfolding them, the unbreakable glasses broke - the bridge piece around which they rotate came completely apart. It appears that there was a very small central pin holding the two sides of the bridge piece together, and that pin either broke or just detached itself, and disappeared into the wide world. Now they're useless. Easy to carry, yes; convenient, yes; unbreakable, not hardly. UPDATE: Their customer service contacted me soon after this review and offered a full refund.

I love the design. Love that they fit in a credit card size case. They are super light. Definitely very tight unfolding the first few times. I felt like they were going to break, but not even close. Seen reviews on here about how they become loose, well tighten the screws! The case is super simple to open. I cut the cleaning cloth it comes with in half and it fits inside the case with the glasses. It would be cool if they had an option to get a slightly wider option, but they stretch out just fine, and honestly it might be a design decision to keep them securely on your head. Loved them instantly. The only thing I hate about them is that I'm getting old and need them.
