The Spice Tailor Delicate Korma Curry Kit 300g

Lovely Korma mix--the use of the dried spices really adds complexity to the flavour. You can also vary the "heat" by omitting or only using part of the dried chilli--I found half was enough. The pack suggests adding water to thin the mix slightly --I found coconut milk worked very well.The Keralan Coconut Curry is also very good.

Spice Tailor make my favourite curries. It is great to be able to get them via Amazon as they are not always available in local shops.
