Time will tell, but so far so good. (Updated review)
The media could not be loaded. ***Look at the updates at the bottom of this***I JUST installed it in my car, I have a Ultimax 10" that I was running with 150rms. (4 channel Rockford Fosgate, and it was having no issues bridged @4ohm) I wanted to get the sub its own amp so It can play louder (Maybe 5db louder because you need 10x the power for a gain of 10db) and I may add 2 more speakers, so the other 2 channels are now ready to be used.I played some music (heavy bass songs to see if it was at least as loud as the Rockford Fosgate) and luckily it was actually a decent bit louder, so that means it's getting more than 150 watts. (Running at 1.2 ohms btw, I need to use the multimeter it to see what voltage it puts out to check the watts)Time will tell if it will last, but I wont run my sub near it's R.M.S rating except maybe once in a blue moon, It got more than loud enough on 150watts, so this gives it a bit more headroom. Will add pictures later.*Update* it's been a few months now and this amp has been rock solid, whether it's really low bass (15hz) or not so low, low bass (everything above 15 and yes my sub plays that deep surprisingly) it pushes the subwoofer and sounds great, no issues.**Update 2** It's now July 2021 and the amp has been going strong with no issues since 2018. I built a new enclosure for my sub and couldn't be any more happy with the output I get from the new box. It's tuned to 19Hz using Passive Radiators. I'm not one to push my gear super hard. But I've had it pushing a good 500w which is what my sub is rated for and louder than I really need it personally.Updated pics and hopefully Amazon will let me add a video. (The 3 visible woofers are Passive and don't move much at all above 25Hz)Original review was 4 stars but I feel it deserves 5 stars now as it's stood the test of time. Bought in 2018 and functionally is no different today in July 2021. Florida heat in the trunk with no airflow and it hasn't once complained nor lit my car on fire.Hopefully in another year, or a few years I can update this review again with good news that it's still going strong.

Best Bang for your Buck
For around $100, you can't get a better amp. Don't worry about the technical stuff about true amperage, watts, etc. I judge it by how loud and clean it sounds. It can run down to 1 ohm steady, and deliver loud clean sound to 2 12 inch subs. The wired bass control knob is also fantastic. Unlike some bass knobs with other amps, this one can turn down the bass to zero output. Other bass knobs will only reduce volume down to 50%, but this one goes down to 0%, which makes it easy to tune while listening to music that requires less bass. When on, the amp also lights up the "Hifonics" label on the amp bright blue. Makes for a good display. Definitely show quality.

Quality amp
This is probably the best $100 amp on Amazon. Don't let the size fool you this thing packs a punch. The only reason that I give it 4 stars is that it gets a little warm but that was probably because I was trying to push a speaker with double the watts.

Best bang for the buck.
I had already bought an Alpine 500W 2ohm stable mono amp that has worked great for years in my Mustang. When the Kicker Solobaric L7 1000W RMS/ 2000W Peak came in, I thought it was 2 ohms. Nope, dual 2 ohm voice coils. So, I had the choice of 4 Ohms or 1 Ohm. I bought this amp last minute, because the Alpine would have only given me 250W at 4 Ohms. After having it professionally installed @Wowelectronics (Clinton Township, MI), I was VERY happy with the performance on this Watt Hungry Subwoofer. It's only been a few days, and it's only 7 degrees in Michigan right now. We'll see how it handles the heat this Summer.

Best bang for your buck!
I bought this amp to power my single 15” Skar subwoofer. I wired my 2ohm sub down to 1ohm which gives me the full 1200 watts of both sub and amp. I am beyond blown away how clean the bass is and how hard it hits. I can’t wait to hear it when it’s broken in. I gave myself a budget of $400 for car audio. For around $370 I replaced a pair of 6.5 door speakers and a pair of 4x6 door speakers made my Hifonics and I was pleasantly surprised. I bought a ported 15” box that is 3/4” thick, a Skar 15” SDR d2 2ohm subwoofer and a 1200 watt Hifonics Zeus amp, and 25’ of 10 gauge speaker wire, connectors and a box of hex wood screws. The crazy thing is I spent close to $1700 on my Corvette setup and the overall sound quality isn’t that far off.
