Noiseless + perfect psu for starting level pcsThis is best psu which can throw 250W power under 800 rupees.. and value for money... functionality is also good... But i didn't tried it like...power saving I think.. but I'll strongly prefer to buy this psu if you have budget like...under 1k rupees
