It does it all... primer, illuminator, sheer foundation, diffuser, blurs lines & pores, etc. This is the ONLY makeup I have found that does not look cakey and patchy on my dry skin after more than an hour. And yes, I use moisturizer, serum, primer, setting spray ad nauseam when I do full makeup looks. This is the only product I've tried that looks great all on it's own, like my skin, only much better. I will even put it on alone over moisturizer and throw on some lip gloss and mascara for an every day look because it does not need all the other stuff to look good. I just look very healthy with this on. There are other brands of Halo Glow Liquid Filter out there but this is half the price. And it works every bit as well. THIS is my go to makeup.

Nice glowy addition to your foundation

I bought this because I have dull tired skin and was hoping for a glow. It was just ok. It did help some but not as expe ted but still a great product.i will continue to use it .

ive never been one for sheer foundations, and i only bought this one as a cheaper dupe of the elf foundation, as i didnt want to spend a ton of money on a product i wasnt sure id like. but i actually really do like this, and i think im a convert.

The best foundation hands down of the thousands I have tried! It leaves a beautiful natural glow with no sparkly residue which is huge for me at 72! It glides on smoothly without too much coverage...but enough without the feel of a heavy foundation. I have spent a fortune on all of them and this is the best one I have found for a price that is almost too good to be true for such an exceptional product. Do youself a favor and give a try you will love it!

Better off buying l.a colors or wet and wild their quality is beyond better. And they're in the same price range I wanted to like it. But it's just oily. Streaky and not flattering.
