The instructions are not great but I used it the way it appeared to suggest with a reasonable result. I will practice till perfect.

Bought this for my husband who makes burgers for us all the time after he would always talk about how he wished he had a better way of forming patties.To date, we’ve only used it for making regular patties and juicy Lucy’s, but they’ve come out A-MAZ-ING!

My burgers always came out different sizes. With this they are now uniformed. It is easy for me to use and makes making burgers quicker for me.

This replaces my old set which was bigger and less versatile. I regularly make "patties". This one nests into a small footprint, and packs away in its box. Can make different size patties. I especially like that it makes a "crab cake" size patty. But disappointed that the design does not include a "plunger" for that size (so a couple stars off - sorry). I had to improvise with pressing the filling into the form. Each patty shaper has a separate disk in the bottom, so formed patties come out easily. Also, the shape to make a crust less PBJ doesn't fit any regular size bread. And therefore can't cut off all the crust in order to get a good "seal" for a crustless white bread sandwich.
