Cable Pulley Set 180 kg Lifting Cord Cargo rope throttle set U115

When I first used the pulley the item that I was lifting kept twisting but with use this should improve, otherwise I find it very useful and up to the tasks I need it for although I have not tried to use it to its maximum weight capabilities.

Polypropylene rope not that great as too stiff. I have had to change mine to Polypropylene Braided Rope and it has transformed the use of the pulleys as they are smooth and progressive compared to the original rope.

I like it but the nylon rope tangles easy without any load on it but not tried it properly yet worth the money

A lot of people complaining that it can't lift some very heavy loads.. Guess what; it is not designed for that.. get something else and pay the difference.I'm using this to hoist bulky but lighter items into my loft space. I fitted a chunk of wood between the rafters over the hatch and fixed it to that.I did invest in some longer cord (Lidl 4mm) it is now perfect and I can now lift from the floor to well into the loft space with it.With the six to one ratio on the hoist it is easy to lift things up now

It's perfect to lift my spare winter wheels from stack to floor level ,big 22," which weigh 28 kg ,saves the struggle to get the top one up or down of the stack .One point is there is no locking device to hold the rope in use so in use you must keep tension on the rope at all time . Just little niggle. But if your old school it's not a problem.

Brilliant! I’d read in previous reviews that the twisted (rather than braided) rope might cause problems, but once you’re aware of it, it’s easily managed. I was also a bit wary of the brand (Silverline) and the price, but this thing really does what it claims. If it ever gives up the ghost I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another.
