Simple and efficient
I bought this thermostat for the home office, and it works beautifully. It's very easy to install and set up, and the manual controls are easy to adjust. It's not wi-fi enable, which means none of the issues with pairing and the like. Good value for the money.

Well designed, well made and it works! The only thing I could ask for is a led on the case that shows when heating is on because he screen icon is hard to see.

Update: Unit fails in a dangerous way. Had 2 units, both failed in the on state
At first I gave this thermostat 5 start. It worked great. Then the first on I purchased (2016) failed after 2 years. It happened when we were home and the heater wouldn't turn off. After doing some diagnostic I realized the unit had died in the On condition. I was out of the warrantee period, so I purchased a second one (2018). But this time I set up an IOT over-temp alarm. About 4 years later (2022) while we were out of town the IOT alarm went off (Sent text to my phone), the heater which was set to 50 and the alarm tripped at 80 degrees. We rushed home to find the house at a little over 90 degrees. The heater was running. It too dies in the On condition. These units are unsafe. When they fail, the can burn your house down (Actually not, becasue the heater has its own over temp protection set to 105 degrees) But the house will get to about 100 degrees and stay there because as the heater cools below 105, it turns back on.These units need to be recalled

Love the simplicity
These are perfect for a switched leg electric baseboard. Temperature is super accurate and easy to read. Also awesome to have an always on current temp read out on the batter version. Highly recommend.

Not quite what I hoped for..,
The thermostat is not "programmable" in the normal sense. It has three temperature settings but it does NOT keep a 7 day or 5-2 temperature schedule. I purchased it thinking that it would keep to a schedule, so I'm a little disappointed to find otherwise. However, it did install easily provided that you have a 4-wire access in the current thermostat junction box.

Easy to program thermostat
The description on Amazon states it is a 208/240, it is actually a 120/240. This is a super easy thermostat to install and program. It holds the temperature very well.

The clicking sound when it’s on
This worked well, but when it’s on ( warming) it clicks- drove us crazy! We ended up replacing it

Excellent with a caveat
We use this to control two 240V baseboard heaters to augment our forced air furnace. Simple, effective and exactly what we were looking for. However, when power returns after an outage, the unit will reset to "on" with a setting of 70 degrees (F) even if it had been turned off before the outage. This makes safety sense in cold climates; not so much in mild areas. We experienced a number of power outages and sometimes forgot to reset the thermostat. As a result, the heaters ran for a few hours when the ambient temperature was in the 60's. The manufacturer could consider adding a small flash memory chip if they update the design or even a manual on/off switch so "off" means permanently off. We'll probably shut off the power at the breaker in the spring. Otherwise, it's a really nice device for those who don't want bells & whistles.
