I use echinacea when I get a heavy chest or start getting a cold and that works for me. To have the tincture makes it a bit stronger. Because it's the next desk thing. Almost to just having echinacea ground up. It tastes okay. Wouldn't be something I would drink so to speak yet for a tincture it's not bad! The value of these bottles is good. I recommend this size. It will last you. I generally take this one as needed where I take others everyday. For me it works outstandingly well. Within a half hour I feel better. Echinacea works that way for me, probably because I use it only as needed. Other tinctures are met for daily use. I'm on the fence on this one if you should use it daily or not. I like this company because they are organic! And all my tinctures are from them. I've never had one side effect from any of their tinctures ever. This is not meant for sleep so I don't know why they have that there, it is meant to boost your immune system. Which it does!

I purchased these 2 days ago after coming down with a cold. I’m not a fan of taking cold meds, and prefer to use echinacea, elderberry and Zicam to fight a cold. The combination of the three products shortened the length of my cold (every one else where I work has had it for a week; I’m almost over it after just 3 days). So I feel this has helped boost my immune system and been very effective. It tastes like molasses which was a nice surprise. It might be expensive, but I think it’s worth in as I’m back to work in a couple of days.

Highly recommend this product. It's really good for the first sign of a cold, flu or breathing problems. The value and taste is excellent, it's always helped me. Plus it's organic. Very low, if any side effects. I never experienced any, plus I don't believe there's much recorded. Always check with your Doctor

I ordered this for my kids as I drink the tear version nightly and it has kept sickness at bay. The box came opened, but the plastic wrap around the dropper was in tact. I have been adding some daily to my children’s drinks and they haven’t even noticed the taste! So far, it has helped keep them from getting sick and if they do, it shortens the sickness drastically.
