Surprisingly very good and effective

These acne patches are pricey but still cheaper than other brands out there with similar micro-dart patches. You get 15 small patches that come in a heart shape <3. I would recommend the small sized patches for new pimples that are just coming up and the medium sized ones instead for formed pimples or cystic acne. Personally, I felt that the needles were a little too rough on my skin compared to others out there. The patches were a little painful to take off and left marks on my skin that took some time to finally fade away. These patches didn't completely get rid of my pimple overnight; however, I did notice a significant reduction in my under-the-skin acne and for the pimples that had puss already formed, the patches popped them. Make sure you wash your face and properly disinfect your acne BEFORE you place these patches on. If there is any oil on your skin, they will not stick on well. They perform just as good as my ZITSTICKA patches, but they don't come with a cleaning wipe and are much cheaper. They do not stick on as well as some of my other patches. It is a little pricy for how many you get. But. It works like no other! I have tried a ton of different patches and this one takes the cake for sure. Works great! It is not discreet though so if you need that this is not for you.

The microdarts do a good job of holding the patch in place so it does not slide on your skin at night. The addition of magnesium made no noticeable difference in how rapidly the blemish was resolved.

Did nothing, the regular patches always work on my skin, this brand did zero, just a waist of $

I had pimple on my chin. It is small but hurts and bothering me so I keep touching. I put this patch with little niddle. When I pressed it. It was better than I keep screch the spot. So I keep pressed it.It worked very fast. Great product

These patches are the best for stubborn pimples! I placed one over a particularly painful one and it flattened out overnight! These are my new favorite as they get me better results than my cosrx and peace out patches. I’ll be sticking with these patches from now on!

The hard part about reviewing products like this is I end up wishing for a zit. Which is a weird thing to do. Anyway, after a few days, I got a small whitehead on my chin that I'd normally just pop. I put one of these on. Warning, there really are spikes. They don't hurt too bad, but they're there.Anyway, after maybe 6 hours, the patch stuck pretty well and I pulled it off. The whitehead looked like it had been popped once and was ready for the second round, if you know what I mean.I put a second one on a blemish that looked like a zit on my forearm. I couldn't really tell, because of the angle. I left it on overnight. It stuck really well, even though I misplaced it the first time and had to move it. In the morning, the spot had flattened, but was still red. I guess that's good?I do tend to get giant cystic zits every now and again, so I guess I'll try again if I get one of those.It would be nice if the patches had a backing of some sort, so I wouldn't accidentally touch the sticky part of others when removing one.
