I’ve been taking this for over 5 years. I haven’t had a cold that hasn’t resolved in a day or two. I won’t ever stop taking this. East absorption as it’s chelated and not harsh stomach issues at all

Great quality supplement
I've been taking this supplement for a few years from this brand and all of their supplements are great quality! This Zinc has helped keep my immune system in tact and I no longer have that metallic taste in my mouth which indicates Zinc deficiency. Easy to take and absorb, I would recommend it!
