Best 1440p card for value
Monster GPU for the price, runs all my games at 1440p 170fps constant such as Rainbow Six Siege because of 170hz monitor. AAA games between 130-170fps high-very high settings. Having the 16gb vram future proofs it as developers are getting lazy at optimising. Card looks nice, sits between 50-65 degrees celsius when gaming. No issues setting up, Fairly quiet even when intense gaming. Doesn’t sag even with it being quite large. It has top notch cooling with 2 very good intake fans and one output. Visually appealing despite minimal RGB. I recommend if you are looking for a mid-ranged card for great value.

Excellent Mid-Range GPU – Great Performance and Cooling
Having upgraded from a GTX 1050, the Gigabyte Radeon RX 7800 XT GAMING OC 16GB has been a massive leap forward in performance. It runs all my games at very high settings without breaking a sweat. The 16GB of GDDR6 VRAM is a significant advantage, especially as modern games are becoming increasingly VRAM-hungry due to suboptimal optimisation from developers.Temperatures are well-managed, staying between 50–65°C under load and remaining remarkably quiet, even during long and intense gaming sessions. The dual intake fans and single exhaust setup work brilliantly, having only heard it firing up during intensive gaming/graphics work , and the metal back plate adds both rigidity and a premium feel.Despite its considerable size, the card doesn't sag in my case, which is a relief. The setup was quick and painless, with no driver or compatibility issues. Visually, it appears clean and well-built, featuring a subtle RGB logo that adds a nice touch without being overbearing.Connectivity is solid, with DP 2.1 and HDMI 2.1 ports, making it future-ready for high refresh rate 4K or even 8K monitors. Running on AMD's RDNA 3 architecture, the performance-per-pound is excellent—especially when compared to similarly priced NVIDIA offerings.Overall, the RX 7800 XT GAMING OC strikes the perfect balance between power, quietness, and cooling, offering excellent future-proofing. Highly recommended if you're aiming for strong 1440p or even entry-level 4K performance without breaking the bank.

Upgraded from a GTX 1080, this is a massive improvement
I bought a GTX 1080 about 7 years ago, it has proven to be an awesome band for buck graphics card. Unfortunately it just can't cope with modern games at 1440p, so I took the plunge and ordered the 7800 XT as a replacement. The card was really quick and simple to install, it used the same 2x 4-way power connectors and was about the same size as my 1080, so no issues fitting it in the case. Drivers and AMD software look only minutes to setup. Not seeing any issue with temperatures after playing Total War: Warhammer 3 for 2 hours solid, GPU temp stayed below 65°C. Fan is quieter than my old 1080, and that was pretty quiet to start with.Ran a few comparative benchmarks at 1440p and 4k and was blown away. It's hard to believe just how far things have moved on from the venerable GTX 1080. Really happy with the upgrade. This results are with a Ryzen 9 5900X and 64GB of RAM.

A great 1440p gaming GPU
I was looking for an upgrade to a GTX 1660 Ti, a perfectly good, but now ageing, graphics card for 1440p gaming. It's just starting to not meet the minimum specification for some games. After a lot of research, I opted for this RX 7800 XT for two primary reasons:1) 16GB of RAM which is relatively future proofed versus comparable Nvidia cards (like the RTX 4070)2) Lower price versus those other comparable cardsAfter upgrading, I'm really happy with this card's performance. Helldivers II runs incredibly well, video editing is smoother and quicker, and the 7800 XT easily runs my two screens at higher framerates. One recommendation I do have is to make use of a GPU bracket or support. The 7800 XT doesn't seem long enough to cause immediate stress on the PCI-E socket, but it's significantly longer than my previous card and I was worried about the card sagging over time. A cheap GPU bracket has given me some confidence that the 7800 XT is supported.All-in-all, I'm really happy with the RX 7800 XT and looking forward to getting the most out of this upgrade. Highly recommended.

Great card
Great graphics card - well packaged, easy to install, looks great, performs well. Noise levels very average, not quiet and definitely not loud, and temps stay low. Highly recommended.Just be aware like most modern mid range and high end cards that it's very long and may not fit some mini-atx cases.

The Go to GPU
So far so Good, yet to see any issues. Can be loud with the fans depending on room temps and systems cooling and air flow. Runs extremely smooth on Ultra setting and Upscaling.Highly recommend!

Amazing graphics
Amazing quality in 1440p on more demanding games. For the price I don't think you could get much better .
