This foam roller is one of the best ones I’ve seen! It’s pretty cheap as well! It does seem to hurt my back some times when I use it other than that it does great! Works really well if you’re looking to pop your back or just roll out in general! Out of all the ones I’ve seen I 100% recommend this one!

I bought this to replace an old, longer foam roller I'd used for years. The old, longer one was bowed in the middle from so much use for upper/mid back stiffness. That is why I bought this one in a shorter version. It is good and stiff, and I hope the shorter version will not allow for the bowing of the middle that the longer version had. I have foam roller DVDs for various exercises, but I pretty much use this product solely for getting rid of back muscle knots. If you have upper and mid back pain and stiffness, try these foam rollers. You will not regret it!

This foam roller works great when I incorporate it into my daily stretching routine. It is very firm and durable. Perfect length because it is not to short or to long. I like to use it with workouts on my Peloton App. It is also a good quality for the price.

Good for physical therapy moves, but I wish it was slightly smaller in diameter. I'm a shorter person and this is a little harder to use.

Helps with muscles aches from sports. My son plays soccer and uses it for his legs to help with pain. He said it’s great.
