***update- used it and unfortunately, I didn't know to get a balanced handle. This is my fault and not the handle manufacturers at all. On an abu garcia, the handle swings down when pushing freespool button and locks the spool causing abrupt stop and snaps line. Again this is my fault for not doing research. I have chosen to keep the handle on because it is soooo smooth, I just wrap my finger around the handle while casting so it doesn't move and lock spool.***Fit my abu garcia Swedish 6000 perfect. The color on the handle nut "keeper" is dead on, the color on knob is a little off. Other than that I am VERY impressed!. Handle has a bearing and spins longer than my reel, it feels very comfortable, looks fantastic, and gives much more leverage. Can't speak on longevity but this thing is stout- can't see a situation where I could have an issue unless bearings seize in knob. Buy it!

I put this on my Tranx 300 that I use for larger saltwater fish. It looks nice and performs well. It was very easy to put on and comes with all necessary parts.

I have a Quantum Accurist on a dark matter jigging rod and this reel handle was an awesome upgrade. it didn't add much weight to the combo, gives you a lot more power, and is much more comfortable when doing repeated drop and retrieve. I mainly target sea bass, tog, and fluke with this combo, so you are doing a lot of reeling and dropping to check baits. Planning to add these to my other combos.It's also really fun to just spin the knob on these, it spins forever and is incredibly smooth, even after several trips out in salt water.

The handle has a bit of flex to it. It's fine for use on smaller bait casters for use on lighter setups, but I would not use this handle on any reel intended to be used with higher amounts of drag (over 7lbs.). I'd say you could get away with using this handle on a 20lb setup or lighter, but any heavier than that and I would not have full confidence in the handle.The knob is great and has a bearing in it so it's super smooth. The cut-outs on the know provide great grip on the palm when cranking. Installation is a breeze, but make sure you know the size handle you need when ordering (8x5mm or 7x4mm). This handle is for 8x5mm and my reel is 7x4mm. I had to order a spacer separately to make it fit. Gomexus does have a 7x4mm version of this handle available through their website, but I haven't seen it on Amazon.
