This is such a cute book nook. It took about 15-20 hours to put it all together, and a bit of patience. Make sure to glue pieces together as they can come apart during the process (it comes with glue).

This was so fun to do, and the instructions were easy to follow. I love seeing the finished project on my bookshelf!

I enjoy assembling this miniature. I added grass and flowers for a more realistic garden. I’m remodeling my kitchen and wanted to add miniature on my kitchen shelves. I didn’t want to put up the usual vase or anything that wasn’t my style on my shelves. Miniature is my passion and if I’m going to be in my kitchen a lot I wanted to bring my passion with me. And it’s so pretty to look at too.

This was my first ever book nook and it was fun to build. After looking at many reviews, I decided to choose this one as a newbie. I also bought a few extra tools that other reviews recommended that did come in handy. Since finishing this one I've purchased/completed 5 more sets. This was the easiest and most rewarding to complete. I like that you didn't have to cut out the paper elements and that the backing was a sticker. I've done other sets that were time consuming because you have to use an exacto knife and glue for the floors, walls and decorations. This is much easier.

This was a fun project but it’s incredibly fragile and not always clear to follow. I probably won’t do another.

Like a good book, this is a project that's hard to put down.This model garden house is just adorable once completed. It does require some skill and a good amount of patience. Plan for a full day of "construction".Hint: the glue doesn't look like glue. We didn't find it until the end - so used wood glue, which worked fine.The electric has some challenges, so you may need to bring in "a consultant", unless you are familiar with electricity. :) Overall, a wonderful gift for family or friend over 20.

I helped my wife build this for our bookshelf display. It doesn't feel as sturdy as it ends up being though I would stress patience and firmness because the smaller bits can certainly bend unfortunately. But the aesthetics it provides, especially the simple little lights, adds a lot of flair to a plain shelf.
