Exceptional performance
Although expensive this hoover is amazing, it's brilliant, the suction is fantastic, would highly recommend

Disappointed
Had many Dyson vacuums over the years with no complaints, however this one is as poor as I have used.Suction quality is poor and the unit switches off without warning.The vacuum arrived in a box with no paperwork or guarantee so not even sure if the unit is brand new

Good vacuum if a bit pricey
Great vacuum that works well. It’s a bit heavier than my last Dyson but battery seems to last well and pick up is good. Bit expensive but feels solid unlike some of the cheaper options available.

Broke down within 60 days and after very light use. Buy a Miele. This is junk!

Lasted less than a year
Having bought this in Feb this year, I have reported several times the fact that it has stopped working without a reply. Would really expect a lot more from a product that costs this much money
