I found this book was great for pictures and information on Nepal. For actually traveling to Nepal, it has limited information.

This 374-page book - the 7th printed edition of January 2018 - is a colourful and informative guide to the Himalayan country of Nepal, a “Federal Democratic Republic” – a long strip of country running slightly north-west to south-east, and sandwiched between India (to the south and sides) and Tibet (to the north).It has all the usual features, with excellent maps - and a larger font than the Eyewitness guides (for example). There are excellent colour photos breaking up the text columns, and informative and easy to read articles and listings.
