Este suplemento vitamínico está completo con los ingredientes que trae, ya lo avía tomado anteriormente deje de tomarlo por olvidadizo y me sentía algo mejor y decidí no consumirlo por unos 7 meses hace como un mes que me empezó a molestar un dolor en mi espalda baja asta por estar un tiempo de pie y curioso al estar sentado el dolor desaparecía bueno aún me quedaba en el contenedor unas 10 píldoras de mi última compra y me puse a leer la etiqueta de este producto y decía que tiene cúrcuma un amigo me dijo que tomara un suplemento de cúrcuma entonces decidí volver a tomar este suplemento otra vez porque al tener cúrcuma lo hace completo para mis necesidades y después de tomarlo por solo tres días el dolor de espalda baja fue desapareciendo este suplemento es genial maravilloso al tener cúrcuma.

I dislike that I wish I had an option to order capsules and not tablets. :(

this size pill will choke a horse! and, i am usedto swallowing large pills.they are easily broken up though and i take in small pieces. i haven'ttaken this supplement long enogh to judge its efficacy.

Great daily vitamin for anyone. I feel lucky to have found this product and try and take 2 every day. They are a bit large which make them hard to swallow. I tend to let them dissolve in my mouth as they do not taste too bad. Doing that helps break them down so that you can swallow them easily. The primary reason I recommend this product is because of the quality. If you take a look at all of the ingredients you can be sure that by taking these you are helping yourself. They are relatively inexpensive for the amount of pills and the quality. I take them after every meal when I can and I make sure that I re-order them anytime I am beginning to run out.

Has all your vitamins and minerals that you need has like 97 minerals. The only thing you’re missing is essential fatty acids.

Minerals may be more important than Vitamins for the body. This product is sourced directly and naturally. The tablets are large, so I chew them each day and follow up with some water after meals. It's one of the only supplements I have found that gives me energy, and I know this because when I have stopped my energy drops. I will continue to take these..
