Not able to use a real egg - so ideal for me - I liked it but it is a bit expensive to use on a regular basis.

Just looking to the past and wondering if the products which we became used to as children were still available and palatable? Yes, the powdered egg was very pleasant. Thankyou.

Some of my pastries customers complained that it lacked the viscous,drawy(forgive me if I say slimy) element of the natural eggs after adding water.A quality highly needed for smearing.Again,product is double costly in the case of resselling.Only good for frying(ommelette) or maybe cooking

Fine for scrambled eggs or omelet...I do miss a runny yolk though!

Really good and seems free from antibiotics which make eggs indigestible. Recommended for any one allergic to "real eggs" excellent
