I try many seasonings but rarely buy multiple times. Hardcore Carnivore is the exception. Third time back to buy this! I love the Black. It's not just for beef. Try it on potatoes. Seasoned fries with Black is delicious! I also have found it is very good on popcorn. But supposedly it's for beef and I do love it on a nice ribeye. Be careful if you use it as a rub before making beef jerky. It can be salty if you over do it, but it does make a great jerky (I do add a little cowboy rub for the jerky 90/10). Just get this. It's become a go to spice. Oh, one more, try a little of this with a tandoori rub. It brings out the tandoori.

I was watching recipe videos for grilling meat and the creator mentioned this product. I have a Traeger grill but missed that char flavor. This solves that issue. Adding this to a steak or chicken combines that smoke flavor from a Traeger, with the char from a traditional grill. Best of both worlds. I now add this to just about every piece of meat I smoke and it is delicious. I will be keeping this in my spice cabinet!

Coming from a true carnivore that cooks & eats NY Strip nearly every day, this is the best seasoning I've tried and use it every day! It's not too salty like some and doesn't overwhelm the steak with spice. It simply enhances the steak and tastes just right to me.It's a bit pricey, but well worth it.

It tastes great, but it is absolutely a novelty seasoning. For the price, you’re really only paying for the color. Not spicy, or overly salty, but it is a great seasoning. I like to use it on venison and other wild games. Would buy again if there was a sale

Absolutely the best steak rub we’ve ever used! Even use it for brisket and has the perfect amount of saltiness to it. Tried a bunch of other brands and this one by far is our favorite. The color actually helps ensure you get the right amount of coverage on your steaks or brisket. Highly recommend!

Been using this for my briskets, they turn out perfect! Right amount of salt and the bark is a deeep dark color. It’s my go to for brisket now for sure!

The flavor is perfect for venison! Actually makes the gamey taste more tolerable! Actually used on burgers as well!Will purchase again and not bad for the price
