Has anyone experienced the sound going up or down on it's own?

Yes. I just got mine yesterday and put them on. About 10 min later, the volume starts going up and down, and they're in my ears, so I'm not touching them. They also skip music forward and backward. Then this morning, after only wearing them for a couple of hours last night, same thing happens. I disconnected from the bluetooth, and when I reconnected, only one would reconnect. The other bud is not working at all.... I HAVE NOT EVEN HAD THEM 24 HOURS. I don't have time for this crap. If I can't get a quick fix in the next hour, I'll return them. Fifty bucks is a lot of money to pay for junk.

I have the t6 but when the touch sensors get wet they go nuts on their own. do t12 have the same issue? anyone showered with them?

Yes, the T12 have the same issue. To solve this issue get the T10. I own both the T10 and T12, and the T10 work perfectly for showering or working out in humid environments.

Anybody else having the Bluetooth keep getting loose and volume going up and down on its own?

Yes. Mine have been doing this randomly for the past 2 1/2 months for reasons unknown. This morning when I paired them against my phone the left earbud worked whereas the right earbud was really really faintly low. It's so bad I thiink I am going to go with a different brand/competitor and leave TOZO earbuds alone. Grant it! Some said support has a remedy which requires recalibrating the earbuds - similar to a factory reset - but I see nothing online that points to how to reset them.

Do these have a mic for phone calls?

Yes they do, and they work very well, too. First time people are actually telling me they hear me loud and clear and love that there's no distortion. In fact, they are better than the car's internal system, so I now use them instead of the car for phone calls
