Not sure if this relaxing and rejuvenating herbal detox foot bath will actually detoxify my body. However, it seems quite enjoyable to soak my feet in hot water for 20 minutes before going to bed on a cold winter night. This foot bath warms the entire body and really helps me sleep better. The smell is interesting but not bad at all.

I've never done a foot soak, so I had no idea what to expect when it came to this. I heated up some water, let the bags soak for about 15 minutes in it to sort of concentrate it, then poured it in an aluminum bowl with a flat bottom big enough to pour my feet into. After that, I added warm water to dilute the mixture and so it would be at a temperature my feet were comfortable with.Felt nice on my feet. I wish I had more experience in using these types of products, that way I could describe it more thoroughly.I'm happy with it, and I guess that's all that matters.

It took me a while to make the time. I bought these to make myself take the time to soak my feet. Finally did this and I will say I slept so well that night. I can't medically say it was from the soaking bags but I did feel relaxed and really good when i was done. 100% satisfied.

These are okay. You need a big bowl so you can lay your feet flat in the bowl with the bags soaking in water. The water changes to a deep amber color. You can use one bag but I do two. Let them soak in warm water, add your feet and soak. I did not see huge benefits to this and truly found it a pain to get everything set up, soak my feet, dry my feet and then clean up.If you have small feet this is probably not a huge deal to you but for my big feet its a pain. I ended up giving my bags away.

I prepared the foot soak just like I would when making a cup of tea, just on a much larger scale. I put the foot soak bags in a dishpan with water that was hot enough to where the bags could thoroughly soak for 10 minutes while staying comfortably warm enough for me to put my feet in and be able to soak them for about 20 minutes. I have never used a product like this before and I have to say it was exceptionally relaxing. My feet were pretty dry prior to the soak but after I was done, and for the next several days, they felt so moisturized and rejuvenated. Thankfully you get a lot of the foot soak bags because I am pretty addicted to it now. Wonderful way to relax and it didn't stain, irritate my skin, or make a huge mess.

Aside from the initial, “wow that is a large package” I am thrilled. I was told years ago that I was going to have foot problems. And here they are. Along with the damage that was done by cheap shoes and working on my feet for 38 years, I was younger and I didn't listen to advice. I have neuropathy now. This condition renders me suffering in pain many times during the day, especially depending on where I am sitting or laying down. I am 68 years old and I need to keep my feet clean and free from fungus. I don’t have the other conditions that restrict the use of the product. Check out the detailed info on this product page. The fragrance is lovely. You can tell that you are soaking on something that is healthy for you. It will draw out many toxins. It will not get rid of fungus on my toes because that is even difficult for a podiatrist. But if I’m going to treat my tired feet, that might make it difficult for those conditions to get worse.
