Fantastic. Bottle so much easier than the sqeezy ones you get with the neilmeds. Solution is just the same, but you use 1 sachet for 500ml bottle, rather than 1 sachet for 250ml bottle, like you do for the nelimed. So better value for money.

On first use, I found it a bit painful, but it did clear my nose, but less than 10 mins later I was just as bunged up again!I thought it might clear my nose a bit longer than it did.

Rather too large to use and cumbersom. Plenty of pouches but have reverted to my original sqeese bottle which is so much easier to handle!
