Q: Is there a stand that works for this? Thats cheap?

There are ceiling mounts with it, but I do not know of a stand. Another option would be use an in the door pull up bar. We first used that it works well.

Q: The mounting strap that came with mine are messed up. One is shorter than the other so my swing sit's croked all the time. How do i get them replaced?

We’ve been using the swing for years. We love it. My kids also use it regularly as a swing if that says anything. It holds all three of us in it 😹. We did have to buy separate lag bolts because the ones they sent were cheap and for concrete. The company did credit us the cost of the lag bolts though. Over all very satisfied!
