So excited to receive this and it looks sleek and classy, plus it promises easy delicious coffee at the touch of a button. Sadly unable to even try this as it has arrived damaged and without a water filter. So guessing it is all down to me to navigate returning or working out how to get a replacement. I am extremely disappointed.

Brilliant tasting coffee at the touch of a button. I’ve waited to do this review until after the first clean and descale. It’s all unbelievably easy. The manual is very clear and easy to follow. I’ve chosen to use the machine only for black coffee to reduce cleaning and maintenance but that’s my choice. I use my favourite Italian espresso coffee beans and the taste, for me, is better than most coffee that I buy when out walking. I had a traditional coffee machine before this bean to cup machine and everything is so much easier including the descaling and cleaning. Love it.

The Amazon warranty is not watertight. After having an Siemens bean to cup machine for only 6 months. Siemens refused to com and repair it.. Then Amazon took a long time to make a refund. In fact they have yet to make a refund. The product is under their warranty. What is the worth of a warranty that does not work. Also try to make a complaint about this. It is almost impossible. The product was broken with only minor usage and their dragging it out. Why?? Will I get a refund for the poor quality. And IF I do get a refund. When will I get it. Why is there a big delay. Poor service.
