My Blood sugar was 90 this morning. That is a first for me. It is helping me stay in the normal range. I drink at least one 8 oz cups per day and when the weather gets warmer I t will be great iced. I add a little sweetener sometimes but like it sugar free just fine. Worth a try but give it about 10 day to start seeing significant results.

Seems to help with appetite and sweet cravings, goes well with green tea or alone

I've purchased a ship load of amazon products but haven't had the time to write reviews so this will be my first review in quite awhile. Excellent product and while taste is an individual thing, I must admit being apprehensive about purchasing this because of the comments about bad taste. For me the taste is very very weak and surprisingly mild to the point where I put two seeping bags into my cup. If you are used to a sugar taste in tea or coffee your going to miss the flavor of sugar but by no means is the taste at least for me undrinkable. Does this tea blunt my "want" for sugar, no, it does not. But then again I've greatly reduced my sugar intake over the past year. I also stopped drinking coffee for about one year now and was drinking no caffeine flavored teas so this was an easy conversion for someone like me who is pre-diabetic. I drink several 10oz cups throughout the day or drink one cup a day. Very refreshing light tasting tea. I've timed the purchase and use of this product one month before my next Dr's checkup (1/14) and hope to report back to its effectiveness and my pre-diabetic condition. This was not Dr recommended but I'll let him know (whether my condition improves or not) that I've been drinking Gymnema green tea and see what he thinks.

Really stopped blood 🩸 sugar spikes!!!!

The taste was okay, and I drank 1-2 cups a day for a week or so. The thing is, my pee now smells very bad, bad enough that I have to use air freshener in the bathroom after going pee. I have stopped using the product to see if the smell goes away. I do not know if it is a coincidence and am ordering testing strips for UTI, liver, kidney issues to see how that turns out and then possibly need to see a doctor for a possible UTI issue. It is hard to say if it is the tea, but it is the only thing different I did and then this happened.

No sugar, it is always fresh, easy to use, texture in the bag is always good, Has a just right strength for me, Very happy with the ea.

I highly recommend this tea. I've been on it just over a week and I drink 3 to 4 cups a day with the last being right before bed. I use one tea bag per cup. My blood sugar has dropped 30 points. Taste is good. The package came in good condition. The tea bags were in good condition also. Five stars!!!
