Tried it out for almost 2 weeks and didn’t see anything noticeable, for the price point it’s not too expensive and worth giving a try though to see if it helps improve your health.

I didn't know much about this supplement until I had my AI assistant do a deep research and came up with a 18 page report on this herb. Although I cannot say in this review what specific medical issues that herb is helping with because there is no research done with humans with this herb. Yet it has been used traditionally amongst various indigenous peoples for thousands of years. Its very hard to review supplements because of the FDA, so just do a little research on your own about this powerful herb and I believe everyone knows someone that could benefit from Pao Pereira.I also like that this is just a solo ingredient supplement. Its a wonderful immune support supplement with many other benefits as well.

I ordered these Pao Pereira capsules without much prior knowledge of the ingredient, hoping to add something new to my immune support routine during flu season. Unfortunately the bottle I received was already expired upon arrival, which immediately raised concerns about quality control and freshness.That said, I did test them briefly. No adverse reactions, but also no clear benefits. If there were any effects, they were extremely subtle and difficult to attribute anything directly to the supplement. It's possible that with a fresher batch or longer use, results might become more noticeable, but I can't confirm that based on this experience.The ingredient looks clean, and the brand makes strong claims about third party testing and GMP compliance. But given the expiration issue and lack of impact, I won't be repurchasing. I'd advise checking expiration dates carefully before using.

These arrived expired, so I did not use and cannot review the performance of this supplement.

These capsules arrived fast and in a sealed container. The capsules were all intact, none broken or leaking powder. I tried them and after about a week I noticed a bit more energy, especially during "bedroom activities." overall, I think these are effective. Give them a shot and see if they work for you.THE EXPIRATION DATE ON MY BOTTLE WAS JULY 2026!

I added this to my daily regiment 2 weeks ago after researching Pao Pereira, which prior to this I was not familiar with. While I can't point to any change in my health, I can say that I haven't had any negative impact. Supplements are a difficult thing to review, especially when only taking them for a limited timeframe.I do have one negative observation, and that is that the supplement was expired. I received in early Apr 2025 and the bottle is expired (Feb 2025). I have received other supplements from this company and I have not had this happen before. Regardless, that is a concern and whether it is a misprint or expired, it is something Amazon/Amalth should be aware of.Other than that one issue, it is a reasonably priced supplement. The product was packaged very well, seals were intact, and the pills in the bottle were padded with an abundance of cotton.

I like that this is a solo-ingredient supplement, but unfortunately the bottle I received was expired and marked FEB/2025.
