I have been very pleased with these sleeves. I have arthritis in both knees and tore the meniscus in my right knee about five years ago. I wear these when I will be doing extended walking, when gardening, and doing gentle yoga and Pilates. They are not too hot in summer weather and prevent swelling and pain for me. After wearing for several hours when active, they do slip down a bit but not enough to be a deal breaker. I recommend this product. My calves are 13 inches and my thigh 13-1/2 where the sleeves hit my leg. I’m 5 ft tall and weigh 107 lbs.

Overall, these work well to support my knee as it heals.I have big thighs and the top edge is too tight compared to the rest of the sleeve, so I can't wear them as long as I'd like. They would be perfect if the top stretched a little more (the grippy dots along the edge keep them from sliding down).I ordered the largest size, 3X

Pros:• Comfortable fabric (I’ve only had them a month so I don’t know how they will do once it gets hot.)• Gives good support without providing too restrictive compressionCons:• Sizing really should be A,B,C because S, M, L can be confusing. Be sure to consult the measurement chart. I am small (less than 115 pounds) and the large was perfect.• It can take some time to position them properly. There is lighter fabric for the kneecap and then support bands on each side of the knee. The top goes many inches up your thigh.• I wear them only when exercising and they are too thick to just push down to my ankle when not in use. So I need to remove pants and shoes every time I reposition them. However, they do the job very effectively and my knees feel much improved so I am not complaining.

I like it because it matches my skin color so it is not obvious and I can wear it under the pants. However the top seam left a red mark above my knee so I just have to fold it so it does not touch my skin. Stretch and comfort are okay.

Bought these knee compression sleeves for my inflamed/dislocated knees, and they fit well! I dance, so I have a larger ratio of thigh versus knee/calf diameter, and was worried they would be too tight or slip off. No worries here! They held on even when performing acrobatic moves, and the elastic helped them stay in the same position for multiple hours during dance rehearsal. A bonus is that the fabric did not irritate my skin (like acrylic leg warmers do), and the nude color does not stand out against my clothing.The only slight drawback is that the compression seems to be less tight after a single hand wash. But I think it may also be due to my bigger thighs; if I didn’t dance, I would have ordered a size smaller and the compression would have been perfect, even after some wear.Overall, very happy with the fit, comfort, support and quality of this product, and I would buy them again.

I am 8 weeks out from a total knee replacement and the swelling and pain after physical therapy was pretty intense, I was looking for a knee sleeve specifically made for injury recovery which gave compression but not overly tight. I was still wearing the post operative compression stocking which was starting to give out. I found this product here and after reading the specs and reviews I decided to give it a try. As always the Amazon website was very informative and the product description was spot on. The sleeves came and after 10 days I am very very pleased with it. The compression is perfect for my needs, they are very light weight and comfortable to wear all day, no slipping down as there is a rubberized top which keeps it in place without bunching up behind the knee. The price was amazing and the fact it's a 2 pack is great as you can launder 1 and have the other 1 to use in the interim. Highly recommend this product especially to people who are post operative patients looking for just the right amount of compression and comfort!!!

The elastic tops are very tight—and I have slim thighs. The rest was too loose and thick. I couldn’t get knee help. Order up.

I ordered large because my arthritic knees are 16 1/2 inches; they fit fine and feel great. I use them around the house for work, when I walk a lot, and especially if my knees are sore. Sometimes the tops roll down during the day, but the knee portion stays in tact. When that happens I simply pull the tops back up. They are fine under long pants, but would not work with shorts or skirts, although they do add bulk to the fit of the pant leg. I would not wear them except at home, on errands, or when I am doing strenuous exercise of any type. If my knee is hurting when I go out socially, I wear a smaller type which would not be noticeable.

I found the sizing chart confusing . I measured 5” above knee and was 19” so I ordered xl. It was so tight I could not wear it,, so I returned it and ordered the next size up. I absolutely love it the larger one, but I still do not understand the measurement chart. If you measure across the top of the sleeve it is not the measurement on the chart so I presume it means the sleeve will stretch up to that sizing. In any event I definitely could not wear the xl…. But, I reordered the larger size in black and I love them . I can wear it all day and it is so comfortable
