Lovely black mouled-on polymer handle - yeh, you'd expect that these days - but the BLADE !!! PERFECTLY flat, finished to a silken edge with zero rough-spots. If only my high-end engineering rulers were as clean and gorgeous as this! The blade has enough flex, but evidently a LOT of well-tempered strength. This one should last your cake making days, and those of your kids, grand-kids, and great-grand-whatevers, forever more. Just LOVELY - and at that price? AMAZING!!!

A bit overpriced, but excellent to use under pizza doughs so they don't get stuck on the base, prior to putting pizza into the oven. It is quite flexible and after a few uses, doesn't show any signs of wear.

Honestly this knife is massive did not expect it to be so big. But ita great for your larger cakes difficult to handle for smalled cakes.but good to have as option! Never know when youll need a handy large palette knife!

Needed a long, flat pallette knife for making steamed rolls and this was just what I needed.

Unlike a couple of other palette knives I have seen in shops or borrowed prior to splashing out (hardly!) On my own, this is great as it's stiff enough to spread icing onto a cake and use as a useful lifting aid for large slices of cake 😄

To be honest I haven't had a chance to try it yet...but it seems pretty good quality. Nice size.

Ho comprato questa spatola per mia moglie in quanto appassionata di cake designer. Arrivata in una confezione ben sigillata al cui interno vi è la spatola a sua volta avvolta in una plastica. Il feedback di mia moglie è positivo. Mi dice che ha una impugnatura comoda e sembra ben fatta. Ottima capacità di lisciare la panna e la sua dimensione la rende molto efficace anche con le torte più alte. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ve la consiglio
