I purchased this product last year but within 15 days it became useless because it's plastic adaptor became loose and it was impossible to attach it with the tap. It would be better if the adaptor was made of metal.

Met expectations , good build quality

I purchased this product on 8th April and have been using it so far, and this product does the work. Salt water gradually reduced. Water actually became normal. The stains on the tap reduced too. Installation was easy. Overall it’s a value for money product.

Water flow becomes very slow after just one month of use and it takes so much time to even fill the bucket, so it is very time consuming. Even you clean the inside filter multiple times still the water flow is very less. So I would say this is not so great product. Not at all value for money

It softens water as expected, is functionally perfect, and is easy to fit and clean. There was no change in water flow, and hair fall stopped significantly after using it.

So I ordered this product, used fr a day, got leakage issue, they replaced the product, the replaced one was not leaking, but the water just won't flow... They told to turn it upside down n run water to remove impurities, then again use it normal, it worked. But now every 2days u have to turn it upside down to remove it. So we just stopped using the product. Lot of hassle! This product might just work in tier 1 cities only... My money is wasted...No doubt their service is extraordinary! Kudos on that! People are great, but unfortunately, product didn't work for me

I just bought the Water Science tap filter. It was easy to install. Although it doesn't reduce the water's TDS, it claims to remove harmful substances. Initially, it released black carbon water for a minute or two, but then regular water started flowing. I'll see how it works and share a review after six months.
