Diamondback Sriracha Hot Chile Sauce 17oz (Pack of 3)

Sriracha with a southwest tang! Really excellent if your taste buds enjoy the Tex-Mex influence with the heat of the original Thai flavor.

Seriously? No kick whatsoever. If you’re going to come to Texas and peddle that weaksauce you use back where you came from, you might as well just pack your carpet bags and start shuffling north...

I found this at the store and thought it was cool that it was made here in Texas. If anything I expected it to taste exactly the same as sriracha. I was unfortunately very wrong. The flavor of this sauce is far too strong and acidic. It completely covers up and takes over anything you put it on. And it doesn't have the heat to match. Not impressed. I'll stick with the rooster.

I grabbed this because hu fong (the kind with the chicken logo) wasn't in stock. I like hu fong because it's very spicy with that Sriracha flavor as a hint in the background. Diamondback is the opposite. Lots of Sriracha flavor but not spicy at all. Doing my best to get through this bottle and not waste it. But never again. Weak and sad.

I absolutely love this stuff. Such a nice uniquely southwestern flavor, goes with practically anything. I hope they have an extra hot version.

This is great! I tried it because they were out of the regular. It’s richer with a deeper flavor, but not much hotter. Using this now.
