Q: I can’t get the unit on hold, it stops at 120, am I missing something?

The hold setting is counter clockwise and counter intuitive at the same time. If you move the knob clockwise from off you will max at 120. The only way to get to the hold setting is to move the knob counter clockwise to the hold position from the off position. Hope this helps. Dan
