Well made irrigation syringe
This size bulb syringe is not easy to find in any local pharmacy. After years of sinus problems, I was advised to use this type of syringe for irrigation with saline solution.

Weak seam
Perfect size to suck their nose and actually get stuff out and the tip was also perfect so it didn't go too far into their nose... but they broke after about 3 uses. The seam split open and the were unuseable.
