Great product! It was easy to set up and instructions for initially flushing out the filters were clear. My tap water has a TDS (total dissolved solids) read around 100-150 and after going through the filter it's around 6. The water tastes very pure and clean. As an experiment, I put the water from my Brita filter through this, and the TDS reading was only slightly lower than my unfiltered water. Would highly recommend this!

I'm impressed with the water quality of the Ecoviva Countertop RO System. Living under a boil water directive, I’m no longer worried, thanks to this machine. Water output is pretty clean and tastes good. I wish there was a handle on the water reservoir as it can be a pain pulling it out for refilling. Also I wish the waste water did not empty back into the clean water reservoir. You cannot just add water to the reservoir without putting unnecessary strain on the filters by leaving the waste water in there to recirculate. I like the size of the pitcher

We've had this unit for about a week and a half now. It is our fourth one of various brands in 7 months.I followed the setup instructions for flushing this unit twice and then running 5-7 tanks before drinking any water. Numerous tanks later, the filtered water tasted better than tap water but still had a noticeable chlorine and bitter taste. Very frustrating for a brand-new unit.I finally consulted the troubleshooting guide on what to do about bad-tasting water. It suggested flushing the filters 3 more times and running 3-5 more tanks before drinking. It helped, but for all of two or three tanks.Our tap water runs about 90-150 TDS, and this unit says it outputs about 5-12 TDS. Not spectacular.I do wish companies would start using alternatives to plastic, too. The cheap plastic tank lid and carafe lid can only add microplastics to the water.From reading other reviews, it looks like this unit is probably bound for similar complications I experienced with others, but we'll see.We only need a unit for a few more months. I am so tired of the hassle with all the poorly made countertops.I will say the instructions are better than most, which isn't saying a lot. I appreciate that the manufacturer supplied good instructions and think others would have fewer returns if they did the same.The unit is smaller than most countertops, which is also a plus. The carafe/pitcher is a good size, too. If only it didn't output horrible water.

I did lots of research before buying this product. I have well water and was tired of dragging my bottles to town to fill up. So far, we absolutely love our countertop unit. The water is clear and tastes clean and refreshing. Our source water can be from 350-500, and after it measures in between 17-22. Much better! Easy to use and so far we haven’t had to replace filters yet. Recommend- also very great customer service.

We love it. It is a perfectly sized unit that looks modern. Nice display on the front showing function, filter life, and amount of water to be filtered. It is not complicated to use at all; just read the directions before first use. First use, flush the filters a couple of times, and that is it. Warranty is 2 years if you register with the company within 30 days. It does filter water at a decent speed. Filters should last 1 year(depends on water quality and usage).It is nice to have a reverse osmosis portable countertop system.

Easy setup with clear instructions. We like that it’s not as big as most huge countertop RO units. This unit is similar in size to a coffee maker. It looks very nice on the counter and makes 1.2 Liters of water in about 1 minute or less. After researching several options I decided to give this one a try and it was a great decision. This is the most up to date 4-stage, tankless RO technology and it produces pure water with impressive TDS readings between 7-10 ppm from our tap water that is in the 250-300 TDS range. The two replacement filter cartridges are priced well and only need to be changed about every 12 months and the machine has an indicator that lets you know the cartridge condition and when to replace them. We have a small family and this works great for our needs and it is so nice to know we have a source of pure water to enjoy. We didn’t have the room under our sink to install a traditional RO filter so this solved the problem. Emptying the rear tank is easy enough after you get used to it but may be difficult for some as there isn’t a handle. The only other thing I can try to complain about is the beep tone when refilling- it is a bit piercing first thing in the morning in a quiet house. I definitely would recommend getting this RO filter compared to other higher price models. So far It certainly seems to be a high quality product that works how we had hoped.
