Very pricey, but lovely hard backed books. Bought as a present for my 3 year old granddaughter. I think she will love them.

On the pricey side but these books are simply amazing! Two year old daughter absolutely mesmerised and reading these multiple times a day!

Haven't opened yet as this is a birthday present for my daughter but the box is GORGEOUS and bigger than I expected!

Birthday gift for my nephew. He is a fan and loves to read these books.

The Octonauts TV series is fantastic. Lots of factually correct biological information mixed with charming characters having fun adventures. Unfortunately these books have none of that. They're really rather dull to be honest.

Present for my grandson who was delighted.

娘の誕生日のサプライズプレゼントにしようとケース入りのハードカバーセットを購入。さっき届いて見てみたらシュリンクラップの内側でケース既に破れており、しかも潰れて変形しています。子供の本にしてはとても高価ですし配送以前についた傷をそのまま送りつけてくるとは、検品してるのかな？と不安になります。 即交換手続きしましたが、大丈夫でしょうか。 ↑ (評価は⭐︎1から4に変えます) 交換品はすぐ届きダメージもなく無事交換手続きも終わりました。 交換手続きの説明ページがわかりにくく、ヤマトで返すのに「郵送ラベル」についての説明しかなかったり、画面上で日時指定すれば集荷の手配が自動的にできるのに、自分でヤマト運輸に連絡しなくてはならないかのような説明だったり、腑に落ちない点があったためチャットで尋ねるととても丁寧で親切な対応でした。 以下は内容についてです。 オクトノーツ大好きな子供は大喜びでした。なんとなくどれも似たような話ですが、絵がかわいくて、環境問題など大人も考えさせられるテーマです。 文章は平易ですが、単語が簡単だというわけではなく、生き物の名前などスマホで辞書を引きつつ読み聞かせ指定います。 7180円は高いと思いましたが、1冊15ドル95セントの本4冊入りにおまけポスター付きなので個人輸入などの場合を思うと、むしろ安いのかもという印象です。

I enjoy the details in the artwork every time I read these to my kids. Good stories to learn about the ocean and inspire their imagination.

My kiddo is obsessed with them. We read the Frown Fish one almost every night now, and it's interesting enough that I don't complain (much). They're genuinely well written and beautiful books, and it's great to see where the Octonauts started. My only complaint is the books are kind of wide, so they barely fit on his teeny bookcase. Would definitely recommend to any parent with a kiddo who's an Octo-nut like mine 😂
